You must submit an Architectural review request form (ARC) and get approval from the board. The details of what is and what is not allowed are outlined in the HOA documents posted on the CSM website [https://app.csmhoa.com (login required)].

Yes. Currently it costs $300. This included 2 owner passes and 2 guest passes. The season is from Memorial Day until Oct. 1st. The availability and cost is subject to change based on the Marina policy that the Marina Cottages HOA does not control. Please stop by the Marina office during business hours to get details.
· Home sales must include a pre-closing inspection to ensure that there are no HOA ARC outstanding items or unpaid fees. Please send a request for a pre-closing inspection to eastbeachmarinacottages@gmail.com.
· For HOA account issues, please use the CSM (Clark Simson Miller) portal at https://home.csmhoa.com/login.
· If you still need help after checking the above CSM portal pages, please contact CSM support at support@csmhoa.com.
· For any architectural change requests, board topics, social events, suggestions or non-HOA dues topics, please contact the board.
